RSW system

Teknotherm RSW systems mean rapid chill-down and storage of the catch in Refrigerated Sea Water. Storing the catch in RSW is an effective and cost-saving method of preserving the catch until landing ashore or further processing on board. The catch is brought down close to the freezing point of sea-water in a minimum time by Teknotherm`s highly efficient RSW-chillers of shell & tube type. RSW is well suitable for cooling of receving bins and wherever cold water is needed in the fish processing onboard. RSW system to be built up by single- or multiple chiller units, and will include circulation pumps, filters and control systems, and optional valve station remote control, flow metering and load calculations. We can offer a wide capacity range which will meet all standard classification requirements.
